My Mah Tovu – A Spiritual Compass Mah Tovu, the five verses that introduce our morning prayers, is designed as a spiritual compass. What are the compass points? How does it help direct our prayers and perhaps our lives? Liturgist Alden Solovy will explore the mysteries of the Mah Tovu, which we will then use as the basis of writing our own thoughts and interpretations of the prayer, guided by prompts. We will deepen our understanding of this simple prayer, using it to create our own reflections.
